Answer from the presenter, 2025-07-29, 11:26:53 AM Wslm, thank you for asking. Ya of course we conducted optimization process for hydrolysis part and also the microbial fermentation. Basically we are running different range of pH, temperature, time as well as enzyme loading for hydrolysis part to convert reducing sugars. Only then, we proceed with fermentation using LAB for different food waste.
