In this study, which compares batch and simultaneous saccharification fermentation, aims to improve the efficiency and cost effectiveness of lactic acid production, making these sustainable applications more accessible and environmentally friendly. |

Lactic acid typically appears at around 1.0 mL/min retention time. The concentration is determined by comparing peak areas to a standard calibration curve. |
