Kelantan
Kelantan, Malaysia is in the Malaysia Peninsula's northeast region. It is bordered by the Narathiwat Province of Thailand to the north, Terengganu to the southeast, Perak to the west, and Pahang to the south. To the northeast of Kelantan is the South China Sea. It is bounded to the north by Thailand's Narathiwat Province, Terengganu to the southeast, Perak to the west, and Pahang to the south. The South China Sea is to the northeast of Kelantan. Kelantan has a great deal to offer in terms of arts, cultural, and historical tourism, as well as ecological and cross-border tourism. Kelantan's natural advantages are mixed with cultural traditions, heritage, and unique values practiced by local communities.
Attraction Places
Kota Bharu is the state capital and royal seat of Kelantan. It has various museums, the old royal palace, and former royal buildings in the center of town. You can visit Museum Negeri, Museum Adat Istiadat, and Museum Raja and can join the activities held by Museum Kelantan. Outside Kota Bharu, you can also visit a Buddhist temple where you can look at a huge sleeping buddha; the Wat Pothvihan in Tumpat and participate in a river cruise along Sungai Galas, explore the Gua Ikan caves, visit the Stong Waterfall, white water rafting at Kuala Betis, leisure activities at Pantai Cahaya Bulan Beach, Irama Beach, Pantai Perkasa, Pantai Sungai Dua, and Pantai Kandis. Many cultural events were held monthly by Kelantan Tourism such as Dikir Barat, Mak Yong, Wau, Kelantan Theater, Serunai, and Rebana Ubi.
